Last updated: October 19, 2026. These Terms & Conditions set out general rules for using percentagecalculators.cloud and requesting information about Rashid Web’s website design services. They do not replace a separate, signed or otherwise agreed project contract. Please review the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer as well.

Scope and effective date

The website presents information about website design and development services to prospective clients, including businesses interested in serving New York City. A mention of New York describes the target market and does not, by itself, establish a local business registration or physical office. The site operator’s verified legal identity, full business address where required and appropriate contact details should be supplied separately by the operator.

These terms concern use of the public website, the information it presents and preliminary inquiries. Any agreement for paid services should describe the actual parties, their responsibilities, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, deadlines and applicable legal terms. If a separate written agreement is later made for a commissioned project, it should govern that project to the extent its provisions apply. No unsupported choice of governing law, dispute venue or jurisdiction is asserted here.

Using the website

You may browse this site, read its public pages and submit genuine project inquiries using the available contact form. Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to access private administration areas, intercept data, impersonate someone else, submit malicious code or disrupt site availability. Automated requests must not overload or interfere with services or violate applicable rules.

Do not use the inquiry form to send spam, misleading claims, unauthorized personal data, abusive messages or confidential files that the recipient has not agreed to receive. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to submit and for having permission to share it. Links to external resources are provided, if at all, for convenience; their operators may apply separate rules, and your use of those services is your responsibility.

Inquiries and project agreements

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, reserve a development slot, require a response within a fixed period or create an agreed project relationship. A response may ask for clarification about the type of website, required pages, existing content, desired features and budget. Initial discussions are exploratory until both sides agree on what will be delivered and on the applicable terms.

Before any paid work begins, the project parties should agree in writing on the scope and responsibilities, including who supplies logos, photographs, text, domain access, hosting details and third-party accounts. They should also confirm review stages, reasonable revision arrangements, expected timelines, accessibility and privacy requirements, integrations, maintenance and any support after launch. A public example or brief proposal does not automatically include every possible service or future change request.

Published package information

The current Pricing page displays the Basic package at $100 USD for a two-page website, Standard at $300 USD for five pages and Premium at $600 USD for ten pages. Those figures describe the page-count packages publicly offered when this document was updated. Additional functionality, specialized content, integrations, hosting, domain registration, third-party subscriptions, maintenance, rush delivery and other costs must be confirmed as part of a project-specific proposal.

Published prices and package summaries do not create an automatic right to unlimited revisions, perpetual support, refunds or free additional services. Payment methods, deposit requirements, invoice timing, cancellation procedures and refund or dispute handling have not been verified for publication as universal policies and should be included in an appropriate separate agreement. Visitors should request a final written quotation before relying on an amount for their project.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, text, visual compositions and example layouts appearing on the public site are presented for informational and promotional purposes. They may contain independently created or licensed assets, concept designs and illustrative mockups; their appearance does not mean the images depict completed client projects. Visitors must not copy, republish, resell or claim ownership of site content in a way that infringes applicable intellectual property rights.

If a client commissions work, permissions to use the resulting design, content, code, fonts, photographs, logos or third-party tools should be described in that project’s agreement. A client should provide or properly license any content it supplies, including material depicting other people or businesses. Ownership and any transfer of rights are determined by the applicable agreement and law, not by examples shown on this website.

Accuracy and service limitations

We aim to describe services clearly, but informational pages, costs and illustrations may be revised. A website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting, security changes or problems beyond reasonable control. No guarantee is made that every concept shown is suitable for every business or that the public site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Search-engine rankings, indexing speed, traffic, business leads, appointments, sales, revenue and similar commercial results depend on numerous factors. General website design descriptions are not guarantees of such outcomes. Nor does a website’s visual presentation constitute a certification that it meets all legal, accessibility, healthcare, attorney advertising, real estate or privacy requirements. The responsible business should seek professional advice where relevant. Nothing here attempts to exclude liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and legal review

By sending an inquiry, you may provide contact and project details. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand the known data flows and outstanding operator disclosures. The Disclaimer explains the illustrative nature of many visuals and the limitations of general industry information. For questions about a proposed project, use the homepage inquiry form without submitting sensitive personal or business records.

These general terms should be reviewed by the site operator and an appropriately qualified legal adviser to reflect actual business identity, contracting arrangements and relevant laws. A change to a website page does not silently amend a separately signed project agreement. Updated versions of these public terms can be identified by the date at the beginning of the page.
